Kids Fest
Team 340 along with Team 1511 attended the annual Kids Fest at Total Sports Experience. Kids were able to play with legos, color in Team 340 Superhero comics, watch our demo bot and parents were able to gain more information about FIRST. Many questions were asked about Jr. FLL so the outlook of many new faces to FIRST is exciting. Every so often a FIRST Team 340 superhero could be seen zooming through the fields.
Build Season
This year Team 340 has built what seems to be their best robot. With an accurate two point dropper and ramp manipulator. This year Team 340 used a new West Coast drive which was a task within its self. GRR is excited to see how well they will do in this years competition. This year in the marketing Sub Team they have created coloring books and are excited to show off their theme this year, curious about what it is? Come and see at Finger Lakes Regional, Buck Eye Regional, maybe even St. Louis. Team 340 is ready to rumble in the year 2012.
